- Commitment fee to be paid into Escrow: $2.5M or 10% of required financing. Fully refunded at the closing stage.

- Up to 90% LTV: After funding is completed you will receive up to 90% financing of your project/asset.
- Non-Recourse Financing: Our financing is solely tied to the asset, providing clients with a unique and attractive benefit. There is no need for cross-collateralization as banks do.
